The Nth Degree book launch, held at the stunning Rolls Royce Showroom

image3Well what a night we had this week for the Nth Degree book launch held at the stunning Rolls Royce showroom in Berkley Square. Bob Walton MBE treated us all to a night of networking around some beautiful cars and beautiful people. The Nth Degree’s fourth book was no let down; full of great restaurants and glamorous pictures of all the members and their guests having great fun visiting these restaurants throughout the year. The Nth Degree is an exclusive Private Dining Club based in London and Dubai with an exclusive membership network of 500 successful, influential and like-minded individuals. The club creates bespoke opportunities for its members to experience exceptional fine dining whilst making new friendships and business connections.

Inn or Out Events were delighted to be part of this special evening providing the canapés, managing the bars and providing the full event management for the evening. India and her Nth Degree team were a dream to work with. Thank you for your kind words India:

image1“Dear Sean and Gemma, It was such a pleasure to meet with you both last night! Thank you SO much for all your brilliant work and support on the evening. A fabulous and very professional team you have put together and a dream to work with. I look forward to working with you again in the future on other events”.

One other thing that really caught my eye and my palate was Nyetimber; the best English sparkling wine to hit the wine scene in years.

The bubbles where very special and the quality could have easily have been mistaken for a quality Champagne if you closed your eyes. Stunning replacement for Champagne if you are throwing a summer party or having a wedding, you won’t be disappointed.

image2CHERIE SPRIGGS, chief wine maker at Nyetimer takes her job very seriously and provides uncompromising quality year after year since joining the vineyard in 2007. Southern England is perfect for the production of sparkling wine. The chalk seam that supplies Champagne grapes with the perfect green sand and chalky soil to flourish is the very same that runs under the lee of the South Downs. This is where, sheltered from the coastal winds, the vines are planted across eight separate sites. The climate here allows for the slow ripening of the grapes, achieving an optimum level of acidity for the wine, as well as the highest complexity and finesse.Unlike most other Houses, Nyetimber only uses their own grapes from their own vineyards. Prior to harvest, the grapes are tasted to ensure the best flavour development before picking. And if they aren’t up to standard? They simply won’t use them.

image4Nyetimber is in the fortunate position to own one hundred percent of their vineyards and all of their wines are produced from the 152 hectares they have planted at the best sites in West Sussex and Hampshire. Nyetimber’s vineyards were the first to be devoted exclusively to the holy trinity of Champagne grapes: chardonnay, pinot meunier and pinot noir.

Here’s to the rest of the summer and happy drinking.

Until next time…
