As a result, Inn or Out has become a market leader with an impressive client list that includes brands such as Rolls-Royce and American Express and has seen her cater for members of the UK and Scandinavian Royal families.

She has won several awards, including Business Woman of the Year, and become a popular speaker in the corporate end entrepreneurial world.

Since starting the company on her own from her kitchen table, Lena has built Inn or Out up to become one of the most trusted catering companies attracting some of the most talented and dynamic people in the industry.

George McDonagh, Head Chef

George's first passion is to design and create amazing food. As a graduate of the Falkirk Culinary School in Scotland he has already worked at several Michelin starred restaurants.

His background in high pressure roles within the restaurant business was perfect for Inn or Out and since joining us as Head Chef in November 2010 George has been able to develop our kitchen and make it the benchmark for quality catering it is today. Says George: "I care about food more than anything."

Lucy Adams, Head of Event Planning

With a background in graphic design and operations, Lucy loves to bring her creative flair to our clients' events.

After joining Inn or Out in 2010, Lucy rapidly developed her role as a junior planner and has become a trusted and popular key member of the team.

Apart from extensive experience in managing our unique London venues, Lucy has also organised a wedding for 2,500 people in India over three days and a large and lavish dinner in Paris among other exciting projects. Explains Lucy: "I love creating events and seeing the clients happy and coming back to us."

Eamonn Clarke, Event Planner

As the latest addition to the Inn Or Out team, Eamonn Clarke brings an exciting mix of event planning and catering to the table.

Whilst working at a prestigious West End restaurant in London, he organised the catering for the premiere parties of the Oscar winning films The King's Speech and Slumdog Millionaire.

Eamonn has spent most of his career working in restaurants and bars and more recently in planning and management at one of The City's major venues for corporate and private parties.

Now he is relishing the opportunity to work with Inn Or Out's discerning clientele. "Inn Or Out is one of the best catering and events companies in London," he says. "It's innovative and moving forward, and I'm proud to be part of that and to be able to bring my skills to the company."

Matt Garrett, Venue Accounts Manager

Matt has a long track record as events manager at landmark venues in London and now helps Inn or Out achieve extraordinary results for clients.

Matt can guide you through the maze of London venues to find one that is perfect for your next party, launch or reception.

Says Matt: "Inn or Out is about events and we go out and find those places and turn them into great settings. We want to provide the best service."

Dave Garrett, Mixologist

Dave is the Tom Cruise of Inn or Out - a highly experienced flair bartender who is now creating our drinks, specially made to suit your food and event.

After 10 years as a professional bartender and having worked at some of the UK's biggest drinks companies, Dave is now helping Inn or Out create the juciest alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in London.

"Cocktails complement the food," says Dave. "We're creating our own drinks and now also canapés made from cocktails. They will melt in your mouth!"

Mark Shelton, Manager, Langoustine

Mark heads up Inn or Out's 'little sister' Langoustine, our new and funky catering company which offers an exciting range of set event packages for people on the go.

Food, drink and people are his passions and for 10 years he worked in pubs and restaurants throughout the UK, including a gastropub which won Time Out's Eating And Drinking 'Best New Gastropub' in 2000.

Mark has been with Inn or Out since 2007, starting as barman and progressing to general manager. He is now running Langoustine and says: "I'm incredibly excited and proud of this new venture - watch this space."

Mark Alsop, Financial Controller

Mark's background is in finance, studying accounting before joining Inn or Out in June 2004.

Now a dedicated member of the team, Mark is always thinking of ways to improve the business. "I've been involved in finance and catering most of my life," explains Mark. "I love the business of food and Inn or Out is one of the most forward thinking catering companies in London."
