A definite foodie, James has worked in some of London’s top venues and hotels including the Dorchester and the Berkeley. He has also overseen the catering for the Dunhill Links Championships and the Art Antiques pop-up Restaurant in Kensington Gardens.
A stickler for detail, James keeps our business and your event running smoothly.
When he is not working, James can often be found in the newly opened restaurants and bars. He says his final meal would be Roast Chicken, Yorkshire pud with tons of veggies and gravy.
