The Prince's Trust, Invest in Futures annual fundraising event at the Roundhouse in north London.
Inn or Out was chosen to cater at this special event hosted by Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.
The Invest in Futures event helped raise £1million towards The Prince's Trust, which has changed the lives of more than 650,000 young people, including that of Inn or Out founder Lena Björck.
Our brief was to create a truly unforgettable dining experience for supporters and sponsors of The Trust from the worlds of finance, industry, entertainment and sport.
The event was a huge success, most of all because of the money raised for charity, but also because the 400 VIP guests, who included Gwyneth Paltrow, Sharon Osbourne and Sir Alex Ferguson, enjoyed an outstanding gastronomic evening, finished with a special performance by Sting.
